One visit to the Methow Valley and you’ll know why this is such a special place to live or have a second home. One of my passions is to show the Methow Valley to others. Clients tell me that I’m great to work with because I share the values of outdoor lovers and people who like small, engaged communities. I value integrity in my work and have a reputation for getting results…and like to have fun while helping you find the property you want. The best testimonial is that many of my friends are former real estate clients and most agree to be available for reference at your request.

What’s my background? I am the Owner Broker with ten years experience in real estate and more than 25 years experience in business management. My Master’s degree is in Health Education. I have been happily married to John Spaude for 17 years. John is an avid cross country ski racer and cyclist who owns his own electrical business. We have 15 years experience in major down-to-the-studs-foundation remodeling and built the house we live in, completing every part of the construction ourselves except the excavation and septic work. I am a former nationally ranked cyclist and have multiple World and National Master’s Cycling Championships. As an outdoor enthusiast, my thorough knowledge of the MVSTA, hiking and snowmobile trails is a resource for my clients. I work hard at listening to your needs, developing a plan and helping you achieve your goals.

The real estate agent you choose in the Methow Valley can make the difference between finding an OK property and one that fits the way you enjoy the valley. As a person and a successful broker, I believe you will not find an agent more dedicated to you in what could be the most important purchase or sale of your life.

My goal is to be your trusted agent for life! Call or visit and find out how I can help you be part of the beautiful Methow Valley.
